OFS-28 Exhibitor Prospectus
The OFS-28 commercial exhibition will take place at ACT CITY, Hamamatsu,
Japan, co-located with the OFS 28 scientific conference.
The exhibit space will be located in the poster session area and will be where
coffee breaks are held.
●Exhibition Booth
Basic table top booth consists of a board (1.8 m wide), a table (1.8 m wide),
and two chairs AC 100 V power taps (around 500 W) are prepared for each booth.
Additional items and electricity are available upon request with extra cost.
●Exhibition Rate
Application date Early (Before August 1, 2023) Standard
Rate 220,000 JPY 260,000 JPY
-One badge (allowed to access all technical sessions and lunches) is included
-Acknowledgement in program book and homepage
